How does pricing work?
Where are you located?
Work-Aid offers flexible, all-inclusive pricing to ensure you only pay for the hours you use. Hourly business rates include the Work-Aid Professional’s hourly rate, Occupational Accident Insurance coverage (WCB), and applicable taxes and fees. Work-Aid handles all billing and worker payments.
Pricing is clearly stated before you finalize your booking request.
For those with recurring or large volume needs, we also have custom pricing. Please speak with a Partnerships Manager for more information.
Work-Aid is based in Vancouver BC and offers services for all locations in British Columbia.
How do you pre-screen workers?
Candidates applying to Work-Aid submit a detailed profile. We collect and verify over 30 skills data points, including work history, skill quizzes, professional references, and valid certifications.
We’re different from local staffing agencies because these data points are available to you to review. Plus, once they start completing shifts through Work-Aid, we continue to assess their work performance with ratings, feedback, and on-time metrics.
